Colin Archard

Managing Director

Colin has been working in the financial services industry since 1977. He is the Managing Director and a founding shareholder of Henderson Matusch Pty Ltd.

As well as building the delivery of a consistent and superior client experience at Henderson Matusch, Colin provides the organisation’s strategic direction and leadership to all team members.

Prior to his current position, Colin held senior management roles with Suncorp Metway and spent 10 years with Wesfarmers Federation Insurance, in roles including Operations Manager for Victoria and Queensland/Northern Territory.

Ian Henderson

Executive Director


Ian has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1998. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1992. He became a qualified accountant in 1982 and is a founding shareholder and Director of Henderson Matusch Pty Ltd.

Prior to working in the financial services industry, Ian worked in sports administration as Secretary Manager at Tennis Queensland and as an accountant in the building industry. Ian is very active in the community getting involved in Little Athletics in 2003.

Ben Matusch

Executive Director

Ben has been a financial planner since 1999 and is a founding shareholder and Director of Henderson Matusch Pty Ltd.

Prior to his current role, Ben was an area manager with a leading retailer for six years with responsibility for more than 20 stores in New South Wales. He commenced his career with AMP.

Jeremy Martineau

Non-Executive Director

MA (Hons), Dip Entrepreneurship Studies, MAICD

Jeremy has been Chairman of the Board of Henderson Matusch since February 2014 and has over 20 years experience in legal practice and lead advisory work. He now runs his own consultancy business, which focuses on corporate advice to private business clients. He remains on the register as a lawyer in both the United Kingdom and Australia but has not held a practising certificate for some years and no longer gives legal advice. Throughout his career he has specialised in company transactional work where he has experience in both project management and lead advisory capacities.

In Australia he worked in legal practice with McCullough Robertson in Brisbane and subsequently undertook lead advisory work in the corporate finance and investment banking practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he was involved in initiating, structuring and managing a number of transactions (equity investments and company sales) to successful completion.

Tom Raddacliff

Non-Executive Director

Tom has 25 years’ experience in the financial services market, working in product, marketing, retail, corporate, sales and advice at MLC and Russell Investments, and in the past 5 years in consultancy.

From 2008-2014 Tom was Managing Director of Godfrey Pembroke Limited and the General Manager of MLC’s broader self-employed financial advice network, covering 850 advisers. In 2011 Godfrey Pembroke won the Core Data “Best Reputation” award, and under his leadership in 2012, Garvan and Apogee were the “Core Data” leading two licensees in the market. Tom also led fee-for-advice stances well ahead of the FOFA reforms, and executed successful change management programs in partnership with advisers.

Tom has served as a Director of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, and was also jointly responsible for determining grants to mental health initiatives for the MLC Community Foundation. Tom is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He currently chairs and sits on a number of SME and advisory boards.

A well-known figure and commentator on industry trends and the implications of regulatory reform, Tom’s opinion is often sourced in industry publications. He also acts as a mentor and coach for leaders of advisory groups.
