How HM partner with Hear and Say

Henderson Matusch are proud to have partnered with Hear and Say for 3 years.

A world-leading paediatric auditory-verbal and cochlear implant centre, Hear and Say have been teaching children who are deaf or hard-of-hearing to listen and speak since 1992.

Today they work with more than 900 families in targeted Early Intervention Programs, provide specialist support through their Cochlear Implant Program, and deliver a school hearing screening program to more than 10,000 school students each year.

How did HM choose our Corporate Social Responsibility partner? We were looking to do more than simply make a donation to a worthy charity. We wanted to establish a mutually beneficial relationship and get actively involved in their work. Our connection with Hear and Say allows us to do this.

The HM team have rolled up their sleeves and gotten involved with garden makeovers, assisting with fundraising activities, and hosting our “Lunch and Learn” sessions for the Hear and Say team.

We’re also proud to have been the supporting partner for Hear and Say’s Ladies’ Long Lunch and their program of Family Fun Days. We’re also very glad to make an end-of-year donation to Hear and Say to offer our tangible support to assist children who are deaf or hard-of-hearing to reach their potential via early intervention.
